We have no fixed creed but the Spiritualists' National Union has adopted the following principles, they are principles that we try and incorporate into our everyday lives.

Compensation and retribution hereafter for all the good and evil deeds done on Earth

Eternal progress open to every Human Soul

The church came into being on 2nd February 1958 and was started by Mrs Lilian Ryder-Alexander who dedicated her life to the church and Spiritualism. Since then the church has grown and developed into the centre have today. A place of quiet contemplation and healing, as well as a place to learn and develop your spiritual awareness and personal growth.

Our centre is built around the seven principles of the Spiritualists' National Union as well as the triple aspects of Spiritualism these being Religion, Science, and Philosophy.

We welcome everyone through our doors with a big smile and a non-judgemental attitude. Our aim is education and development of the mind, body, and spirit, in a supportive environment.

We offer Spiritual healing and development groups, as well as workshops, demonstrations of mediumship, and philosophy evenings.

Every week we hold a Divine Service, that celebrates our religion with philosophy followed by a demonstration of mediumship proving survival of the Human Soul beyond this physical life.
